My new favorite workout

The stars have aligned. Will and I found a strength workout that we love and can do together. Given our drastically different strength skills – we do this side by side. It works your entire body and if done properly (moving through the stations quickly with minimal rest) it is exhausting.
Perform 7 reps of each of the below. Once finished, rest briefly and repeat. Complete 5 rounds.
Knees-to-Elbows
Romanian Deadlifts
Burpees
Kettle Ball Swings
Pull ups
